"Wrębowa" sp. z o.o. is a limited liability company that was established on June 18th, 1998 under its original name "Spółka Mieszkaniowa "Wrębowa" sp. z o.o.". This was a very result of transformation of Zakłady Naprawcze S.A. (Repair Works) in Rybnik, wich had more than 50 years of experience. The company took over a part of the old company team, including specialists in following disciplines: management, design, welding, metal-working, assembling, and machining, who gained their many years’ experience mostly in the field of hard coal processing and transportation.
Nowadays we can pride ourselves on skilled team of 50 employees, who have a number of professional certificates and authorizations. In our Works we have production area of about 4.033 m2 in a house with full social back-up facilities. The Works are equipped with several dozen of specialistic machines and work-stands. We avail ourselves of our resources so we willingly take on every task and due to our experience we always succeed in executing it.
Our dominant customers come from mining industry, mostly hard coal mines, as well as heat and power stations and the like.
From wide scope of our operations worth mentioning are:
manufacturing, assembly and overhauling machines and systems for mining, construction, and the like, including belt conveyors, powered roof support subassemblies, bucket elevators, DISA type concentrators, fines jiggers, as well as other systems and their subassemblies, that are used in coal processing and concentrating plants;
burning construction components out of 6 to 120 mm metal plates using numerically controlled acetylene-oxygenic burner;
manufacturing, and overhauls of highly processed steelworks;
Our operations pertaining designing, manufacturing and overhauling of installations, machines and steelworks are performed in our Works located in Rybnik, Rymera street 19. Every executed job is supervised by specialists, who have many years’ experience and all required certificates and authorizations.
We can pride ourselves on being certified as a member of Small Works, Group I, what means that we are authorized to execute welding while manufacturing, assembling, or overhauling class 2 and 3 steelworks, according to the norm PN-M-69008, made of constructional unalloyed steel, high-strength low-alloy steel, with following welding methods:
shielded electrode arc welding (111),
MAG method gas-shielded welding (135),
gas welding (311)
We have elaborated and implemented a Quality Management System consistent with international norm ISO 9001 in 2004. This system has been allowing us to qualify suppliers of machines, tools and materials as well as subcontractors selling services to us. We have been qualifying them using well defined criteria, mostly regarding quality.
Due to this system we are sure that we buy services and materials of highest quality. Most important to us is quality of our services, meaning reliability, latest technology and best technological ideas alike. That is why we do co-operate with leading designing offices and R&D entities, including:
